My Princess Bible Purse Review and Giveaway

Posted by Debra Ann Elliott at 3:55 AM
Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. I received one or more products from Tommy Nelson Mommy to review. All opinions are my own.

Normally I wouldn't review girly books on my blog because I have a nine year old boy in the house, but when I got my Tommy Nelson Mommy email last month and saw My Princess Bible Purse was one of the choices I selected it for my daughter. My youngest daughter is twenty-seven but very ill and she loves pink and sparkly things, but she also loves the Lord.

This delightful book is great for princesses of all ages. Although the recommended age is 2-5 years, my daughter loves sparkly glitter and the wide handle so she can carry My Princess Bible Purse with her anywhere.

I love My Princess Bible Purse for the wonderful message it holds within its pages. Personally, I think even older little girls would love this book.

If you have a little princess, then My Princess Bible Purse is a must have!

Description

Sparkly fun for the princess who’s pretty inside and out!
With simple text and lively illustrations, My Princess Bible Purse provides child-friendly examples of the characteristics that God develops in our lives. These qualities, such as love, joy, peace, and patience, result from the work of God's Holy Spirit in each one of us. The “carry-me” handle is perfect for little hands to pick up and carry with them wherever they go!
You and your little princess can get a glimpse by checking out the flipbook.
One lucky little princess can win her own copy of My Princess Bible Purse by having mommy enter on the Rafflecopter below.

My daughter loves to play dress up in these little plastic heels and a beautiful medieval red and gold gown she wore for Halloween last year.

We used to love to say rhymes together and sing songs! We now try to Pay it Forward every chance we can. Even a smile can make a difference in someone's day!

They don't really dress up in my clothes, though they have been known to put on mommy's or daddy's shoes. They have dress up clothes they play with.

We learned about the fruit of the Spirit with our My Father's World A lesson. But other than that we haven't done anything further. We were supposed to have a paper apple orchard where they would get an apple with one of the fruits of the Spirit written on it every time we saw them showing that fruit, but I never got it made.

My daughters were raised in a home that went to church, attended Sunday school, and had age appropriate, week-night bible study. We taught them to live by the Fruits of the Spirit daily, but I believe they did something special in Sunday school to articulate it.
